It's a very useful accessory, and it seems to work very well. It measures various vital signs, which I never imagined would be possible for a smartband. Of course, they are for reference only and should not be taken as 100% true, but it is a good fitness tracker. The only issue is the nylon strap; in the promotional images, it looks larger than it actually is, to the point where it could be placed on the bicep, but the strap that comes with it fits on the wrist and, at most, on the forearm below the elbow. In any case, it is a great device for monitoring health.

A very comfortable smart bracelet to wear, and it generally does its job well. However, i’m a bit doubtful about the accuracy of some measurements. For example, the sleep analysis is quite basic compared to my connected watch, which provides much more detailed and reliable data. On the other hand, the heart rate monitoring proved to be very accurate, matching the readings from my chest strap heart-rate monitor.
Do keep in mind that the bracelet needs to be positioned correctly: if it’s not placed properly, the data can quickly become inaccurate
